Anyone caught littering at Lake Tahoe should be fined, imprisoned and forced to pick up trash at the lake and along highways every day for the rest of their miserable, worthless lives.

Please practice “leave no trace” ethics, which includes removing all of your garbage. When you leave a natural place such as a lake shore or the woods, there should not be any evidence that you were there. None. If you are not willing to practice leave no trace ethics, stay out of beautiful places.

These beautiful areas should be closed to the general public to protect them, with trespassers subject to arrest, hefty fines, felony convictions and lengthy imprisonment. The felons’ names, addresses and photos should be posted at the lake’s and river’s parking lots and in the news media to serve as examples.
