Tourists gone wild are reigning terror on wild animals in U.S. National Parks:

Tourists are petting pissed off adult bison, putting terrified newborn elk in their cars, killing scared black bears while speeding, and snapping selfies a few feet from angry mountain goats.
Update: Tourists even tried to hold a wild bear cub in a National Park.
It should be obvious now that some National Parks in the United States have become like freak show zoos with lunatic tourists mistreating animals to such an extent that something must be done immediately to stop the insanity. Failure to act decisively would be inexcusable.
Obviously, putting up a few signs isn’t good enough. Here is what must be done:
1) Immediately close all national parks that are experiencing problems with misbehaving tourists. First on the list should be Yellowstone and Glacier National Parks. Reopen them only after the next two options are fully in place.
2. Immediately inform all tourists at park entry gates that they must stay at least 150 feet away from all wildlife, and that if they violate this rule they would be arrested, put in jail, fined $100,000, and permanently banned from all National Parks. Also, any contact with wild animals would result in 20-year prison sentences.
3. Take the funds generated from fining tourists and create educational brochures and an educational video that all tourists must watch at visitor centers to inform them about the rules. Then require all tourists to pass a written test about behavior before they can travel through the parks. Provide a certificate to tourists who pass the test. Tourists who fail the test would be sent home.
Anyone so stupid that they would try to pet a bison does not deserve to have the privilege of visiting a National Park. Nor does an idiot who chases bears:
Here is the National Park Service’s contact page, where you can urge its staff to stop the tourists from mistreating wildlife:

The stupidity of tourists is shocking:
